International Administration Fee

International students who require an international student pass are required pay an administration fee for the application, endorsement and processing of their student pass with the Ministry of Education of Malaysia and subsequently the Immigration Department of Malaysia. This fee is separate from the tuition fees, boarding and any Guardian Visa charges.

Fees are paid at the start of each of the three terms with the first invoice covering two terms.

Service Tax on School Fees

A 6% service tax applies to fees exceeding RM60,000 per year, effective 1 July 2025.

Costs Not Included in Tuition

Uniforms, meals, transport, trips, textbooks, learning support, visa and examination fees are charged separately where applicable.
